Co-op fist-bumping and terrorist killing action comes our way this week when the demo for Army of Two: The 40th Day infiltrates Xbox LIVE. Arriving this Thursday, December 17th, you'll have the chance to play "most of the first level" in Shanghai, complete with online co-op support, according to EA.
“The 40th DAY is non-stop action in an explosive Shanghai. The game has been designed with a focus on co-op gameplay and it has been our goal to refine this core experience in all aspects of the game,” said executive producer Reid Schneider. “The demo will give players the opportunity to experience this evolution and the new co-op moves and tactics available to players at any time in the game.”
The release also reiterated on the sequel's unique pre-order incentive of 'exclusive early access' to the new Extraction mode, on day-one. Those that don't pre-order will need to be patient and wait out a full month after launch, at which point the multiplayer mode will be freely unlocked for all. The 40th Day drops January 12th.
